Customers are billed according to the plan they select at the rates displayed during checkout. Payments are securely processed through our authorized gateways.
Invoices are generated automatically and can be accessed in the customer dashboard.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are only applicable to first-time purchases and do not apply to renewals.
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party services are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days once approved.
Services renew automatically unless the customer disables auto-renewal before the renewal date.
Customers can cancel subscriptions via the account dashboard. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be incurred, but services remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Early terminations will not result in partial refunds for the remaining period.
